South Asian Cuisine

I personally think that talking about Food give sort of a joy. Food is included in human life since the evolution of mankind and I guess it’s better to say human’s favorite hobby. It defines the nature and culture of human. In the beginning mankind used to eat similar variety of food but maybe I think at that time they were not familiar with the food crops and spices as such. By the time, variation comes in food and people starts eating according to their ethnicity and location. As I am South Asian so definitely all I am going to tell little bit about South Asian cuisine.

I just love South Asian cuisine because it is full of colors, spices and rich history. Majority of the dishes are connected to each other means minor changes of ingredients differs the taste and become a whole new dish. South Asian cuisine is considered to be the world most tasty cuisine which is being eaten and liked all over the world. Use of rice, garlic, ginger, chilies, onions, soy, and sesame seeds are the identity of South Asian cuisine.

South Asian cuisine basically started with the start of Mughal period in South Asia. They used to like rich and divine food so the cooks or chef at that time start using their talents in the world of spices to produce outstanding dishes. Their timetable of food was very defined and healthy. They usually don’t repeat the food course menu and prefer to eat something new. Chat, Pani Puri (gol gappay) and Pauo Bhaji were also the creation of that time, it was used to serve as a snacks. The mixture of crunch and spice drives the taste bud crazy. 

Main course of South Asian food are just remarkable it includes some famous dishes like Briyani, Korma,  Daal Chawal, Pulao, Curry, Tikka, Kabab, Haleem, Saagh, Palak Paneer,  Rajma Chawal, Roghan Josh, Tandori chicken, Dry Fish and Thali which include rice, gravy chickpea so on. These are some dishes which reflect the perfect blend of spices. Drinks of South Asian are very basic as well as healthy like Lassi, Limca, Chanch and Meetha Doodh. Similarly the sweet dish corner are also yummy South Asian likes kheer, Halwa, Jalebi and Mithai as a desert.

They also use number of thing which enhances the taste of food like "Chutney" and "Pickles". Personally I belief nothing can beat this cuisine and one thing I can tell you for sure the taste of South Asian cuisine is the taste which you have never tasted before. It is a perfect combination of taste, health and Joy.
